Esoteric massage is the use of gentle massage techniques that support the body to connect to its' own ability to heal. There is no harsh forcing of tissues and other delicate structures, only support guidance for the body to correct any disharmony. Though gentle, it supports the body to work on the deeper cause of the disharmony being experienced.

On a physical level, this therapy influences the flow of blood and lymph via its influence on fascia, connective tissue.  This may result in an increase in harmonious flow to and within organs, tissues and other major structures with a strong overall influence on the central nervous system.  Energetically, this therapy may support the body to release and let go of disharmonious energy associated with physical ailments.
